- The idea of Travel-Aid was born whilst listening to an address from Mike Welch in the spectacular surrounds of Kakadu National Park. Mike spoke passionately and powerfully about the global need for greater generosity and the sense of fulfilment which can only be achieved through sacrifices made in order to assist those less fortunate. Keith and Nicole quickly decided that it was their duty, even their fate, to take up this challenge and spread their wealth across many nations. Charitable work, however, is not new to Keith and Nicole with a long history of supporting local people in Australia. Keith is a regular donor to Fishing and Outdoor World and has greatly assisted in paying off George’s new Landcruiser. Nicole takes her generosity even further, once even listening to the entire sales pitch of an Indian telemarketer before hanging up.
Good to hear you guys arrived safely, it must have been a long flight considering you left from Sydney!
